ELLEME Paris Present FW22 WOMENSWEAR
“Each season I am inspired by the world around me combining the everyday style of men and women. For this collection, my vision was based on the aesthetic of androgynous fashion. Enhancing the use of menswear fabrics and shapes to create a structured and feminine silhouette. I have incorporated waist coats, wide cut trousers, loose fitting shirts, tailored jackets and sharp structured shoulders throughout.” Creative Director, Jingjing Fan
After the first successful season of selling luxury Parisian womenswear, Elleme launches their third Ready-to-Wear collection as part of Fall Winter 22. If you have not heard of them, act like you know with over 94K Instagram followers the streets are watching this emerging brand. That also taps into Genderfluid fashion. Fashion into today’s age has no sex, if like it wear it who ever you are. Genderfluid is a gender identity which refers to a gender which varies over time. This can be occasionally, every month, every week, everyday, to even every minute.

Presenting 28 looks including, oversized outerwear, striped tailoring, knitwear, and evening dresses of which are complimented by the brands handmade jewellery. The collection consists of fabrics such as vinyl, velvet, cashmere, leather, and silk organza. Dark hues throughout create a moody tone, with pops of elevating colour, such as violet, indigo and lime green which all feature on the iconic ripple print shirt.
The collection is wonderful and a return to style. It’s giving me Celine vibes, but with a little sexier looks that French Mom and daughter influencers would wear. My favourite looks are crop sweatshirts and bubble jackets.
