It is delightful to find a place in London with dietary options so when I find them I want to shout about them. Viola my new favorite in London is Bibi’s Salad Cafe London Healthy Options and Family Friendly. Bibi’s serves healthy options with dishes I am not allergic to! My life has gotten more difficult since I discovered all my food allergies. When I want to eat out I have to read the menu before we book a table. When I find something also family-friendly I invite the entire gang.

Bibi’s Salad Cafe Review

Bibi’s Salad Cafe was founded in 2019, Bibi’s is a popular healthy lunch spot with cafés and salad bars based across London, offering a variety of homemade daily fresh salads, unique hot food bowls, and bakes. They celebrate exciting, fresh, healthy food that can change and lift your mood and they believe in the power of good food to nourish both the body and Soul. This is incredible for me because I have a food allergy to just about everything. So food has become therapeutic and more healthy over time.
Healthy Options & Family Friendly
People believe being a Vegan is the healthy way to go. I thought so too until I found out that I have a food allergy to spinach, soya, sugar and bananas just to name a few. I am back to eating meat because if I don’t I will starve. Most vegan products are loaded with sugar and soy. The cuisine at Bibi’s Cafe fits into my lifestyle too.
Bibi’s Cafe Food Review
Founded by Turkish-born chef and food creative Bilur Yapici (or Bibi for short) Bibi’s family of cafés specializes in original salad recipes, made fresh every day. Bibi and her partner TanseI originally came from Turkey, where they developed a deep appreciation for their rich culinary heritage. The pair moved to the UK in 2016 as a passionate musician couple with a shared love for music and food. Their experiences as musicians taught them the importance of creativity, dedication, and passion—qualities they now bring to Bibi’s. This background shapes everything they do, adding a special rhythm to their culinary creations.
Known for its homemade daily fresh salads, unique hot food bowls, and bakes, Bibi’s continues to delight its loyal customers and attract long queues at each of its existing six shops in Smith’s Court, Covent Garden, Golden Square, Avery Row, Devonshire Square, Camden. The brand will also be opening at 2 more locations in the next few weeks at Tate Modern Bankside and another in Bank.
The day we visited to review the Café the ladies wanted to go somewhere I could eat and they could too. With the family-style decor, we grabbed a huge cafeteria-style table ordered everything on the menu and shared. It was great to eat somewhere that I had more than one option. I enjoyed some rice, veggies and grilled salmon.
