The time has come again for another Fashion Week, and at least this one was slightly more normal. Some brands continued from September and kept their collections digitally, whilst others walked down a crowd-less runway. Whether this will be the new normal or just a lockdown measure, only time will tell. But high-fashion is seemingly weathering the storm that is covid-19.
And the brands came out in force for their FW21 collections, with only a few holding off from showcasing their collections in the ‘traditional’ time period (Thom Browne for example has said that he will reveal a co-gender FW21 collection some time in February)
There was plenty to look forward to this time round too, with all eyes looking at Prada and eagerly anticipating the debut collection of Raf Simons menswear collection; as well as the stalwarts Louis Vuitton and Dior.
