NYFW NO WASTE DINNER
The night included a plant-based, all vegan, and compostable menu using ingredients sustainably sourced from Norwich Farms and Anson Mills. The menu itself was made from Mohawk Renewal Straw, a by-product of wheat farming, and is processed by Columbia Pulp in Eastern Washington. Florals were done by Emily Thompson Flowers, who sources flowers from local growers to create sustainable arrangements through considerate sourcing and composting. To further the no waste agenda, the night didn’t use any paper or plastic, had digital tags for coat check, and reusable linen tablecloth.
