The renowned Cannes Film Festival has concluded its 79th annual program, once again catching the attention of creatives around the world. Join us as we look back at some of the most astounding fashion moments from the last week.
Peggy Gou
Starting with musician Peggy Gou, she arrived at The Man I Love screening adorned in an intricately embellished black halter-neck gown from the Roberto Cavalli Spring/Summer 2012 collection. The arrangement of embroidery, sequins, and paillettes forms a baroque-inspired motif over the dress.
Helena Christensen
Helena Christensen also dressed in Roberto Cavalli. At the Knights of Charity Gala, she who wore a Chantilly lace evening gown from the Fall/Winter 2026-27 Collection. The gown boasts chiffon embroidery, satin chiffon volants, and a soleil pleating, all coming together to create an enchanting look for the model.
Taylor Russell
At the premiere for Hope, Taylor Russell appeared in Dior Haute Couture, wearing a timeless crepe bustier dress with a draped silk skirt. Contrasting this delicate look, Russell also attended the Hope photocall in a Schiaparelli black gown. The alluring look had a ‘tree-bark’ effect, draping sleeves, and was paired with black oval sunglasses.
Alexa Chung
British fashion star Alexa Chung rocked up to The Man I Love premiere in a Dior Haute Couture blue satin gown with an oversized black bow at the front and a chiffon skirt embroidered with black and blue organza flowers.
Sophie Thatcher
Moving on to the much-talked-about premiere for Her Private Hell, Sophie Thatcher was dressed in a custom Fendi gothic-inspired leather bustier paired with a sheer silk skirt. To finish the look off, Thatcher also wore a diamond necklace.
Kristine Forseth
Also at the premiere of Her Private Hell, Kristine Forseth literally sparkled in her black and pink Armani Privé Spring 26 gown.
Demi Moore
Demi Moore stunned at the opening for The Fifth Element in her Jacquemus white sequin gown. Around her neck shines Chopard jewels, pulling the outfit together perfectly. Moore proves that beauty and style truly have no age limit.
Cate Blanchett
Cate Blanchett is another proponent of ageless fashion. At the premiere of Garance, the two-time Oscar-winning actress arrived in a backless floral Givenchy gown. The gown is a well-balanced tapestry of embroidery, paint and fringe.
Maika Monroe
Moving on to the Victorian Psycho photocall, Mikael Monroe turned up in a sculpted white floral dress underneath a layer of blue organza. Monroe was the perfect model for McQueen to showcase their Autumn/Winter 26 collection.
Colman Domingo
A standout in men’s fashion was Colman Domingo, who turned heads at the Garance premiere in his purple sequined caped blouse and trousers by Valentino, and his ornate jewellery from Boucheron.
Charlotte Le Bon
Charlotte Le Bon’s look was strong, androgynous, and one of my personal favourites. The Canadian actress and director arrived at the Full Phil premiere clad in a 3-piece Dior Men’s suit.
