Saint Laurent Men’s Spring 2026: Color and Sensational Shirts Take Center Stage

Saint Laurent Men’s Spring 2026 Anthony Vaccarello’s Saint Laurent Men’s Spring 2026 collection is a vibrant exploration of colour and fluid silhouettes. Discover the key looks, inspirations, and why YSL continues to lead in men’s fashion. This season, we love the Zoot-suit trend for men.

Saint Laurent Men’s Spring 2026

It’s summer in Paris, and Men’s Fashion Week is here! The Saint Laurent Men’s Spring 2026 show brought a burst of colour and sophisticated style. Anthony Vaccarello presented a collection that’s both sensual and fun.

A Colourful Escape

The show took place in the Bourse de Commerce art museum. Guests enjoyed a mesmerising art installation. French artist Céleste Boursier-Mougenot’s “clinamen” featured white ceramic bowls drifting across blue water. The perfect place for a finance bro!

Anthony Vaccarello showcased his mastery of colour. He mixed ochre and khaki, mint and navy. Autumnal shades like gold, forest green, and Bordeaux also appeared. These combinations are now a signature YSL code. Larry Stanton’s portraits inspired the rich palette.

Sensational Shirts and Fluid Silhouettes

Models sported jaunty shorts and tapered pants. Oversized acrylic sunglasses added a touch of retro cool. These shades recalled Johnny Depp’s look in “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.”

The collection marked a shift from Vaccarello’s darker fall 2025 show. This time, it was “less dark, more light, more sensual — more fun.” The vibe evoked a “suspended moment” between Paris and Fire Island in the ’70s.

The real stars were the shirts. They featured jutting shoulders and generous 80s volumes. Some were fluid silks with military pockets. Others were sheer technical nylons in lemon and persimmon. Some were cropped; one resembled an anorak.

Tailoring followed the same fluid lines. Solid-colored silk ties were worn tucked into the shirt. This styling tip added a relaxed touch.

“It’s a simple gesture, but it gives another perspective of the silhouette. It’s less strict, less in an office.” – Anthony Vaccarello

A Tribute to YSL and a Lost Generation

The show program included a photo of a young Yves Saint Laurent in shorts. This echoed the runway looks. Vaccarello paid tribute to YSL and artists like Stanton, Angus, and Ellis. These figures gave a face to silent desires.

“This collection pays tribute to a lost generation, to the artists — Stanton, Angus, Ellis — who gave a face to silent desires. And to Yves Saint Laurent, of course, who in 1974 sought refuge, only to create anew.”

Why YSL Leads the Fashion Game

Saint Laurent has always defined a simplicity of silhouette. Anthony Vaccarello continues this ethos. He focuses on pure forms and volumes. Fabrics and precise construction shape the garments. There’s no need for superfluous details.

YSL offers a blend of elegance and edge. The designs are both timeless and modern. This makes the brand a favourite for men and women.
