Rihanna’s Puma Creepers Get a ‘Bigger, Bolder and Phatter’ Drip

Hello female sneaker freaks we have news for you Rihanna’s Puma Creepers Get a ‘Bigger, Bolder and Phatter’ Drip. A new version of Rihanna’s iconic Puma Creeper arrives just in time for the holiday season. Introducing the Creeper Phatty, an oversized styles of the original sneaker featuring a stacked gum sole and thick laces.

As described by Puma, the “bigger, bolder and phatter” update will be available in sizes for the whole family and offered in classic black and white, plus two eye-catching colour-ways.

The bold suede style, complete with a padded, debossed form strip and Fenty stamp on the tongue, will come in a vibrant shade of blue and neon green as well as purple and cherry red.

“We took our OG Creeper and made it bigger and worse,” Rihanna said. “When designing the Creeper Phatty, we wanted to reinvent the OG Creeper that was loved by so many. It’s a classic silhouette that has been missed, so its return had to be bigger.”

The style flew off shelves and would win Shoe of the Year at the FN Achievement Awards the following year.

Fenty x Puma Line

Earlier this year, Puma CEO Arne Freundt teased Rihanna’s return to the brand in a two-word press release: “She’s back.” Puma first tapped the “Work” hitmaker as creative director of its womenswear line in 2014 before she came out with her own Fenty x Puma line.

The Fenty Puma Creeper Phatty will be available to shop via puma.com and global retailers, including Foot Locker, on Nov. 30 starting at 10 a.m. EST.
