Public School Makes a Comeback to NYFW

After six years, Public School makes a comeback to New York Fashion Week, sparking excitement and anticipation among the audience for their latest collection and brand evolution. The brand was founded by designers Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne, who continue to push boundaries taking inspiration from New York street culture.

After going on hiatus for six years, the brand couldn’t just come back quietly and had to flip the script. On September 12th, 2025, the brand hosted a supper club at Saga, titled “Club Supper.”  The event provided an intimate look into what’s to come during their fashion show next week.

Both Chow and Osborne have elevated its marketing, bringing audiences into an immersive experience that defines the brand as a whole. There is a sense that the designers want those who love the brand to come together and celebrate its return. That is exactly where the heart of the brand lies, in its community of individuals who get excited when they hear “Public School.”

The brand also revealed its new word mark late last year, designed by Anthony Harrison. This is a new era for Public School, and one can only eagerly wait to see what they have in store for NYFW. Though those who cherish the brand know its iconic looks with a cool-guy aesthetic and tailored silhouettes.

Public School is set to debut its latest collection at NYFW on February 11th.
