Poly Global Advisory, a brand development agency with offices in Milan, Los Angeles, Beijing and Luxembourg, has set up a new unit Poly Global Meta Lab.  The Meta Lab has been around as an internal team of Poly Global since the beginning of 2020.  And has been working and exploring the latest technologies applied in the fashion industry, not just digital garment, not just avatars, but something next-gen, today with the official establishment of Poly Global Meta Lab, It starts to offer several new services to its clients and to all those brands that wish to step into the metaverse at ease. 



During the last FW22.23 press day held at its Milan office, Poly Global Meta Lab allowed its guests a taste of a complete VR interactive showroom experience while seeing the physical items in the showroom right after. The Meta Lab team will launch its final virtual reality press day experience at the beginning of November during the SS23 press day, including all the brands the agency currently represents and manage. During the visit, guests will be greeted and guided by our AI-based virtual press officer, who, after welcoming the guests, will give directions on how the space is structured and accompany them to the different rooms that house the collections. 

The Meta Lab team is developing several commercial prototypes to help brands enter the metaverse with an edge. Meng Ji, Managing Director of Poly Global Advisory and Meta Lab, has always been passionate about technology and strongly believes in the potential of digitization of the fashion industry. For this reason, he plans to make the Meta Lab’s skills and prototypes available to all the brands interested in the future of metaverse, even if the agency does not represent them.
