Soirée Prohibition: A Jazz-Fueled Escape to Les Cuivres in Paris 11

The Ultimate Fashion Week Hideaway

Paris Fashion Week demands a certain kind of sanctuary. You need a place to chill and listen to music. Les Cuivres at 68 Avenue de la République is that destination. This bistronomic gem sits in the heart of the 11th arrondissement. It offers a relaxed atmosphere that feels like home. We stepped in for their “Soirée Prohibition” night. The venue shimmered with a vintage, musical energy. It is the perfect spot for those who love the local 11th vibe.

Les Cuivres Restaurant Paris 11 Corsican Flavours and Catchy Melodies

The evening started with scrumptious cocktails that truly hit the spot. These drinks perfectly set the stage for a culinary journey. Les Cuivres serves seasonal cuisine with distinct Corsican accents. The menu evokes the traditional flavours of slow-cooked grandmotherly dishes.

Scrumptious Sips and Traditional Plates

We loved the yummy appetisers that arrived quickly. Popular choices include the Salmon tartar, crispy octopus and beef tagliata. For a classic feel, try the farm-raised poultry with mushroom purée. Burger enthusiasts can even find a solid veggie option. While the entrées provide a standard experience, the desserts are delicious. Every dish uses quality ingredients to enhance authentic flavours. We had the Curried Chicken, Shepherd’s Pie, and a traditional Crème brûlée and Lemon Cheesecake. Plus a lot of cocktails and virgin ones too.

Dancing Til Midnight at the Juke Joint

The restaurant’s name refers to the family of brass instruments. Music sets the daily rhythm for this joyful establishment. During our visit, the “Dry Bayou” band filled the room with swing. Tap dancer Eric Fairbanks even added a spectacular flair to the night.

The dignified staff took excellent care of us. They offer attentive service that makes every visit memorable. We got a little jig on like a classic juke joint. We laughed and danced until the clock struck midnight. Then, we danced our way home through the Parisian streets.

Why Discerning Gourmets Choose the 11th

The restaurant offers a top-notch experience at a reasonable price. This excellent value for money makes it a sought-after gem. It is located just an eight-minute walk from the Hotel FABRIC. This makes it a perfect address after exploring the capital. The space includes a private dining room for more intimate gatherings. You can also enjoy outdoor seating on lively Avenue de la République.

An Unforgettable Gastronomic Journey

Les Cuivres provides a genuine invitation to savour quality dishes. The familial and musical atmosphere creates an authentic adventure. Whether you seek Corsican influences or a vintage setting, this is a must-visit. It remains an essential stop for food enthusiasts during Fashion Week. Experience a memorable culinary journey that won’t break the bank. We cannot wait to return for the next themed night.
