Bettervits x Yoke Space Reformer Pilates for Women’s Health

What better way to revive your mind and body than being stretched limb by limb on a mechanical apparatus? Bettervits knows — not much — which is why the supplement brand teamed up with Yoke Space for an intimate, girly Reformer Pilates session tucked away in deep West London for the ultimate Bettervits x Yoke Space Reformer Pilates class.

A perfect collaboration as both Bettervits and Yoke Studios celebrate the power of continuous self-improvement. Whether through targeted supplementation or intentional movement, the message is clear: women’s health deserves focus, investment and consistency.

Inside the Studio

Upon entering the spacious, sunlit Yoke Studios space, each Reformer Pilates machine was adorned with a generously sized Bettervits goodie bag. Inside? A carefully curated selection of supplements designed to support women navigating busy schedules, fluctuating hormones and the general shenanigans of modern life.

Millie, our instructor, led the 45-minute Reformer Pilates class and ensured we felt the burn from the get-go. With seamless transitions and precise cues, she guided us through a series of movements targeting the inner thighs and core (as per my personal request).

There’s something very satisfying about working with equipment not widely available in your standard gym. Your body is placed and folded in positions that may feel unfamiliar, with spring-loaded resistance whilst focussing on slow, intentional movement, all the while remembering to breath in and out — it forces presence. Presence, in today’s hyper-digital climate, is arguably one of the most powerful wellness tools we have right now.

Style Cartel’s Final Thoughts

The session was a challenging delight, leaving my muscles sore for days after (a good thing in workout language). Immediately post-class, we were treated to refreshing Bettervits smoothies to aid recovery. While I’m unsure of the exact formulation, the blend clearly supported post-exercise replenishment. A reminder that women’s wellness doesn’t end when the workout does.

One of the most surprising additions in the Bettervits goodie bag was a tub of Creatine. Traditionally marketed towards men in the strength-training sphere, creatine is finally being repositioned within women’s health, and rightly so. Beyond supporting strength enhancement and power output, creatine has been shown to assist with brain function, quicker muscle recovery and even PMS-related fatigue. Seeing it included within a female-focused wellness event felt progressive and long overdue.

Another standout was the Bettervits Intimate Probiotic, formulated to support healthy pH levels and overall vaginal health. Until recently (and still is to be fair) this has been an area historically underrepresented in mainstream supplement conversations. We were also gifted Metabolic+, Collagen and NMN – all great for long-term wellness rather than reactive health management.

Pilates Obsessed

Pilates has seen a global uprise in recent years (I, personally was influenced by Lori Harvey’s abs in 2022). Women are embracing it not just for aesthetic results but for strength, posture, mobility and stress reduction. In an era defined by technological overload and constant information consumption, our nervous systems are under more strain than ever. We are simultaneously overstimulated and physically sedentary as tech has consumed our day-to-day lives. We are endlessly scrolling yet rarely grounded and satisfied.

Events like Bettervits x Yoke Studios serve as a gentle correction. A reminder that resistance training, hormone support and mindful movement are not luxuries but necessities. If there was ever a time to prioritise women’s health and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythms, it is now.
