Sound Healing Lymphatic Massage at bhuti’s New Eco Sanctuary
I recently experienced the Sound Healing Lymphatic Drainage Massage, one of Bhuti’s signature treatments that combines energy work, aromatherapy, and sound healing. From the moment I entered the space — thoughtfully designed using natural materials like seagrass carpets, cedar wood, and eco wallpaper — I felt held in calm and intention.
This was not just a physical treatment, but a profoundly healing ritual. It left me feeling clearer, lighter, and more deeply connected to myself. bhuti’s unique offering represents a new chapter in wellness — one rooted in purpose, presence, and soul care.
The treatment began with a grounding tea ceremony using a bespoke herbal blend aligned to the theme of “stillness”. My chosen massage oil, “I am Still” — a white sage essential oil blend crafted by aromatherapist Kay Saber — was designed to promote clarity and spiritual calm. Its grounding scent created a powerful sense of inner quiet.
The massage itself focused on gently stimulating the lymphatic system to promote detoxification and reduce tension. Layered with live sound healing by Anne Malone’s Oasis of Sound — including therapeutic singing bowls — the experience guided me into a deep meditative state. Vibrations resonated through my body like ripples in water, harmonising mind and energy.
