Marking the final weekend of July, Saadiyat Beach Club hosts a Malfy-themed Farm to Beach Brunch at Safina Restaurant. Two Malfy Gin Brand Ambassadors will host a dedicated trolley, offering personalised Gin & Tonic creations while sharing the brand’s story.
The menu pairs fresh, seasonal ingredients with bright citrus notes that reflect Malfy’s Italian roots.
Starters: Malfy Lemon and Mint or Blood Orange and Beetroot starters with Malfy Lemon Vinaigrette.
Seafood Station: Fresh catches served with Malfy cocktail sauce, tomato salsa, and lemon.
Live Stations: Interactive displays featuring ceviche, carpaccio, sushi, dim sum, shawarma, scallops, and live BBQ grilling.
Sweets & Treats: Malfy Lemon Tart, Lemon Cheesecake, Sicilian Cannoli, and an ice cream trolley featuring Malfy-inspired Lemon Sorbet.

Ushering in August, the Sunset Splash brings the relaxed spirit of the Amalfi Coast right to the pool. Guests can lounge on sunbeds or private cabanas while enjoying live music from a DJ and percussionist.
