“Rose’s Golden Globe look was inspired by 1940s Hollywood glamour. I wanted to maintain a luminous, elegant aesthetic centered around a blurred red lip. This focal feature was paired with a lightly flushed, dewy complexion to keep the overall effect modern. The eyes were softly sculpted with elongated lashes, achieved by layering mascara at the outer corners for a lifted look.”

“To create a perfect, bold red lip, I kept the outer edges softly blurred to make the color more wearable and modern. Then, I dabbed the pigment into the lips with my fingertips to create a beautiful, long-lasting stained effect.”

“I was inspired by Kirsten’s deep green gown and the sharp, sculptural cut. This immediately brought to mind the look of a classic, film noir movie star. I wanted the makeup to feel cinematic and moody, but not severe — more timeless than dramatic.”

“The lip was the anchor of the look. I applied CHANEL Rouge Allure Velvet Luminous Matte Lip Colour in Effrontée to frame the shape of the lip. Then, I applied CHANEL Rouge Allure Laque Ultrawear Shine Liquid Lip Colour in Rouge Noir. This allowed the lip to feel rich and alive, without losing its matte elegance.”
“For the eyes, I intentionally kept the look simple and harmonious. The CHANEL Rouge Noir Confidence Eyeshadow and Blush Palette was the perfect product to achieve this. I applied a few soft touches of shadow from this palette onto the eyelid. Then, I applied CHANEL Stylo Ombre et Contour Eyeshadow – Liner – Khôl in Contour Clair into the crease, to provide subtle structure without it feeling heavy.”
“To finish the look, I applied CHANEL Baume Essentiel Multi-Use Glow Stick in Cute, which added a soft, healthy, pink glow. This also added a gentle highlight that kept the whole look feeling fresh, luminous, and effortless.”
