Tremaine Emory of Denim Tears is the New Creative Director of Supreme! This is epic for the streetwear community. If you have not seen his wears where have you been? According to Business of Fashion Emory will continue to head Denim Tears while working closely with founder James Jebbia and Supreme’s design team.

Emory, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, who grew up in Queens, New York, has held creative advisory roles for the like of Frank Ocean, Tom Sachs and Kanye West to name a few.

A true cultivated designer Emory’s has collaborated with Levi & Strauss, Asics, New Balance, Converse, Champion and Ugg through his Denim Tears label. A close collaborator and friend to Virgil Abloh, Emory consistently centers the importance and resonance of African-American culture and its legacy in the greater American narrative.

Supreme’s debut spring 2022 dropped on Thursday, January 17th.
