COMME DES GARÇONS Parfums have added a new scent to its collection of fragrances with their latest parfum.
Two years in the making, CDG have collaborated with Venice Beach-based fashion label, ERL. Now, they have released summer in a bottle with their new parfum, Sunscreen.

Now, bottling the epitome of summer comes with choosing the right notes to achieve the final scent. The parfum includes top notes of bergamot oil and solar accord. Next, middle notes of lily of the valley, heliotrope and peach. Then, dry base notes including musk, cedarwood oil and coconut accord.
A concoction of sweet, beach-like scents. It is said to perfectly evoke memories of a nostalgic summer. Capturing the warmth of the sun and the salty skin the comes from the ocean. Not overpowering, simply subtle whilst being suitable for all genders.
As for the packaging, also designed by Eli Russell Linnetz (ERL designer), a rounded clear glass bottle, printed with the branding throughout. A limited-edition version will come packaged in an inflatable capsule that suspends the glass bottle inside the vessel, presenting the branded bottle inside. Furthermore, the bottle is also showcased in a laser-cut foam case that also floats on water.

As well as this, ERL created a transparent tote bag with a top carry handle and Sunscreen wraparound print, for £185.00.
