Boutique Hostal Salinas Ibiza

This hotel hotspot in Ibiza has a history behind it and after a evening at the Boutique Hostal Salinas Ibiza, hotel bar maybe the owners will share their story with you. It is a good one and brings you back to the hippie day’s of Ibiza before the party trains arrived. If you worship the sun and want to sunbathe like a local than you have found your home in Ibiza. At one point while sunbathing on Las Salinas white sand beach, for a minute I thought I was in Brazil, until I heard Spanish. Sunbathers of all ages, couples and families bare it all on the beach, and it’s so Ibiza to see. All in good taste of course, just remember to bring your temporary tattoos for fun activates on the beach only five minutes away from the Luxury Boutique Hostal Salinas Ibiza.

Beach Bum Luxe at Boutique Hostal Salinas Ibiza

Yes, this is a luxury hostal believe it or not and when you arrive you are greeted with a warm smile and an “Hola” from the lovely staff. Look out for Javier, he is usually working the day shift and is there to answer your questions and offer you your first welcoming cerveza. The most amazing part about staying in this luxury hostel and restaurant, is that it’s in the centre of a spectacular nature reserve, boasting sand dunes, forests, salt plains, beautiful beaches and incredible sunset views. They maybe one or two backpackers, but the clientele is definitely of the upper crust who want to be beach bums. But on a more luxury experience this is not an all night party paradise. You may get that morning drink after partying all night, but you will be able to go to your room and go to sleep after you feed your hangover.

The owners and long-time island residents Duesi Wolfmeir, Anita Dey and David Phillips, have put a lot of hard work into refurbishing the hostel style hotel and are very proud to share there stories at the bar or in the restaurant with you. It was nice to meet them and hear the wild tales about the place. We actually fell in love with Ibiza at our second stop on our week long vacation in Ibiza searching for a few hotel hotspots that aren’t party centrals.

Anita is always somewhere chatting up friends and the clients to mak sure everyone is having a good time. It was really hard to leave Boutique Hostal Salinas Ibiza, because it was actually a perfect place to stay for two days. You have everything you wanted right at your fingertips, a beautiful beach, amazing staff and accommodations. We forgot to mention the bus to Ibiza town is a five minute walk, so pack lightly and stay here for a few days and forget everything else. If you have to be connected to the outside world, the hostel has that covered the internet connection was one of the best in Ibiza. Which is actually rare, and we found out for good reason too.
