Guests can indulge in an afternoon tea with champagne Ruinart Blanc de Blanc, or a “Snowflake” Martini made with Vodka Belvedere as soon as the sunsets. Luckily we can start early.  For those in search of a little pleasure, the hotel recommends the Willie’s Cocoa fondue with white chocolate and a digestif served in a cognac glass. Fourth in a series of ephemeral bars, the Snowflake will open from November 21 until New Year’s Eve.
