SC: What has been your favourite modelling career moment so far?
DH: I haven’t done much modelling so far. However, when I lived in Australia I worked as an extra in a Netflix series called ‘Tidelands’.
SC: What is your signature feature?
DH: Personally, I’d say my signature feature would have to be my eyebrows, but my friends would say my legs as they call me Dani long legs. (smh)
SC: Do you have any hidden talents?
DH: My hidden talents are running and painting. I absolutely love running long distances, It helps me stay present and fit just like yoga…..but I don’t do yoga lol. I love painting abstract forms and expressing my emotions through colour.
SC: Which city would you explore next?
DH: Japan! But specifically I’d love to explore Tokyo and their culture and of course eat lots and lots of sushi, It’s one of my favourite foods!
SC: Skincare tips?
DH: Use natural products! I use aloe vera gel, tea tree toner and drink lots of water. 😊
SC: Do you believe in Aliens?
DH: Yes! But I prefer not to talk about it… (It scares me lol)
SC: What about relationships as a model? (family, friends, significant other etc)
DH: They’re all supportive of me especially my mum, she used to model when she was younger, so she gives me a lot of advice that is actually very helpful.
SC: What does your family think about your modelling and travelling the world?
DH: They’re very supportive and trusting of me. Growing up my family and I lived in the Cayman Islands and recently returned from living in Australia. I went to boarding school in Hertfordshire, that has given me the independence of living away from home at a young age and has given me the strength of being away.
SC: What is your ultimate goal as a model?
DH: I’m ready to see where modelling takes me! I guess my ultimate goal would be when Modeling becomes my full-time profession.
SC: Who is your dream designer to walk or work for?
DH: Iris Van Herpen, I saw her pieces on Instagram, they’re so powerful and elegant, I absolutely loved them!
SC: What is your must-have on the road beauty product?
DH: I don’t really wear make-up but my essential product is lip balm, there’s nothing worse than crusty lips! And a handy bottle of water.
SC: Any music artists you recommend?
DH: Aluna George, The Internet, Loyle Carner
SC: What are you currently struggling within this day and age as a model?
DH: Balancing studies and as well as modelling.
SC: What do you think about fashion including all sizes/genders?
DH: It should be all-inclusive! ALL races, sizes, genders etc.
SC: What is your day like? (Walk is through a day in your life)
DH: Most mornings I’m usually fighting with my hair but other than that I’m usually at college and if I’m not at college I’m usually at the last minute casting or with friends 😊
SC: Who do you look up too?
DH: My mum, she is a single parent who has overcome many obstacles, which has made me stronger.
SC: Opinions about diversity?
DH: Diversity is everywhere, I’m diverse, you’re diverse, everyone just needs to embrace it.
SC: What do you think will be the next trend?
DH: I don’t keep up with trends but I do like the metallic Adidas trainers.
SC: What is currently your favourite wardrobe piece?
DH: My sketchers!
SC: Where do you see yourself in a few years?
DH: I wouldn’t mind being a Personal Trainer or maybe do a degree in sports and nutrition? Would be cool to still be modelling though!
SC: If you had an investor what would you invest your money in?
DH: I am a very hands-on, ambitious person, I’d like to do many things! One of them would be building homes in villages around the world and another would be a program where young children with curly hair can learn how to manage and embrace their natural hair (it took me a while to embrace mine).
SC: How do you feel about moving around so much for work?
DH: Love it! I’m an adaptable person that likes change!
SC: Who’s your favourite designer?
SC: Runway or Commercial?
