I am sure you were glued to your television to see which one of your favorite actors won!  But let’s be honest I am sure you also couldn’t help notice who had a rocking red carpet body too, right?  Maybe you are wondering how Amy Adam’s has such a sleek physique or you are dying to have arms like Lupita Nyong’o?  Well, here are a few tips and workouts to get you one step closer to your red carpet body.

3 sets of 12 Pushups  
3 sets of 8-12 Bent Over Barbell Row (if you don’t have weights improvise with water bottles or go with out weights)
Lower Trap Dips: You will need two chairs that are sturdy and can support your weight.

  1. Place 2 chairs next to each other, with enough space for you to fit in between them.
  2. Put a hand on each chair, extend your legs and keep your arms straight.
  3. Press your body upwards, keeping your legs parallel to the floor.
  4. Raise your shoulders upwards and lower your body downward.

Pistol Squat

Strong legs for sky high slits & mini dresses then The Best Actress in a Supporting Role Routine is just up your alley.

Jumping Jacks with Sumo Squats: This can be done each commercial break! For every 10 jumping jacks perform a sumo squat.

Alternating Side Lunges: Run in place for 30 seconds (to get your blood pumping) and then do 20 alternating side lunges, that’s 10 lunges on each side.

5-8 Pistol Squats on each side, this is an advanced move so use your discretion!
