For the Menu Hôtel de NELL chose a generous and authentic concept bistronomy . For your dining delight feast on a a multiple-choice menu but at a single price (€ 37 three-course dessert), the Régalade invites you to find seasonal products from local or forgotten about simple and traditional recipes. On the chalkboards you can see what the specials of the day are and know it’s a secret recipe of someone’s grandmother.
