Men’s easy guide to show your love on Valentine’s day

How to show your love on Valentine’s day

You don’t have to spend a fortune on your valentine tomorrow in order to show your better half that you love them. In fact, in some cases you simply have to tell the other person that you love them. But an easy way to make the day special is to actually make an effort.

Make sure you put on your best suit for dinner.   Put on a nice shirt as well but make sure to iron it, and that includes the back and the arms of the shirt. It shows that you want to make an effort to look for the other person. Because let’s face it, at the end of the day you’ll hopefully take your jacket off in front of that person.

To make it extra special, take the time to buy a new handkerchief for the special day. It doesn’t have to be a special Valentine’s day handkerchief, pick a nice handkerchief that compliments your suit and tie (if you decide to go with a tie that is). It’s an easy and cheap way to make sure you look extra elegant this evening, and trust me, your valentine will take notice.

Buy a bouquet of flowers or a box of chocolate. I know this one sounds cheesy but it is a cute thing that is appreciated by multiple senses. Either the eyes and nose, or the eyes and the mouth. It enhances the whole experience of the night as it is not usually something you will bring home from work.

Lastly, make dinner at home. I know it’s a special night and it’s easier to go to a restaurant. Show your beloved that you know him or her by making their favourite dish. This shows that you know them, that you want to make them special. In addition is shows the fact that you took the time out of your busy schedule to make them dinner. After all, Tuesday is not a day where people usually have much time to do other things except for the weekly routine.

Valentine’s day is about love, not about spending the most money. Show your darling that he or she is the one you love, and that you will go the extra mile for.

Barbershops in Paris: Why do Red and Blue signs fill the streets? It's an emerging trend in Paris. Going to a barbershop isn't going to the hairdresser. A barbershop is a place for men, haircuts are always artistically sculpted, and most of the time short. The barber is also specialized in beard styling which is always meticulously crafted.
