Hotel Review – Leewine Rakthai, Maehongson, Thailand

Want to escape from your chaotic everyday life to a quiet place surrounding by nature? Leewine Rakthai Resort, situated in Maehongson; the northern part of Thailand, offers you private bungalows in a middle of spectacular views of tea garden scenery.

In front of each bungalow is a little patio allowing you to enjoy your nature while reading your favorite book in spare time. Another must-try is to sip local tamarind wine, you can buy from a souvenir shop at the reception.

Although the accommodation at LeeWine Rakthai does not have an air conditioner, the weather here is chilling at night all year round at approximately less than 25 degrees Celsius.  It can even go down under 15 degrees in winter (December-January.) This is already considered cold comparing to extremely hot weather in Bangkok.

The room is well-equipped with fridge, hairdryer, insect repellent, electric kettle and tea making facilities.

The bathroom is clean and equipped with toiletry.

Lastly, if you stay in this resort, do not forget to take photos with the Chinese lanterns, another Instagram spot of this place.
