Hotel HotSpot: Andersen Boutique Hotel Copenhagen

Andersen Boutique Hotel Copenhagen Review

StyeCartel headed to Copenhagen to attend the fashion week collections for  Autumn Winter 2016 and to discover this city. One of our travel requirements is always a comfortable space we can spread out, close to everything, and a work type hotel where we can get down to business and the wi-fi connection has to be fast.  We were happily surprised that the Andersen Hotel Copenhagen could tick all the boxes.

Once we made it to Central Station only three stops from the airport, we asked the friendly people in Copenhagen if they knew where our hotel was.  The answer was yes, and only a 5 minute walk from station.  No wi-fi connection need to GPS, the address walk out the station make a left then a right and voila you are there.  No need to panic you do not speak the language, everyone speaks English and if you miss home there is a Dunkin Donuts in Central Station.

Andersen Boutique Hotel Copenhagen

The Andersen Boutique Hotel Copenhagen is in central Copenhagen close to shopping restaurants and our favorite part of town the Meat Packing District and a prime location for those in town for Copenhagen Fashion week, if you are in town you can practically walk to all show locations or catch the number 1A, 5A, and 9A buses.  The best options is renting a bike and living the hip and healthy way like the residents of Copenhagen.  the hotel is centrally located in the trendy hipster neighbourhood of Vesterbro.

The Andersen Boutique Hotel Copenhagen  has been completely renovated and all 73 rooms and suites are decorated with textile and wallpapers from award-winning English Designers Guild, known for its use of vibrant colours and exclusive wallpapers.

Andersen Boutique Hotel CopenhagenThe urban and bold colours brighten up the rooms and make you feel at home and happy in your surroundings.  The rooms, restaurant and lounge area of hipster worthy, you can relax, catch up with friends and play board games while staying at the hotel.  The decor is modern and minimalist. All the rooms have the luxe touch of Philippe Starck items and my favorites Molton Brown toiletries.  The Buffet breakfast is of cause organic and local sourced produce.

The hotel has free wi-fi that actually connect automatically no password needed.  The rooms are equipped with fridge; snacks and a bathtub in most rooms.  You can also rent bicycles at the front desk and enjoy cocktails and nightly DJ sets in the lounge.  To us this is one of the hippest place to stay if you are in town for Fashion Week because you can rest in style and are minutes away from everything.
