It just felt like a perfect location, and their menu was mind-blowing! We started with Dorset crab, citrus cream, apple jellies, crab ketchup and Deep fried lobster claw, poached lobster tail, fennel and blood orange. Our senses were awaken and wanted more!
For the main course we ordered famous Chateaubriand, red onion tart tartin, gremolata polenta, Stilton herbs. The whole presentation of this dish was pretty spectacular with the waiter bringing it on the massive trolley and cuttings a super juicy piece of meat in front of us.
I was so stuffed after the main course, I nearly has a space for a dessert. But I just couldn’t say no to freshly baked wild strawberry souffle, lemon verbena yogurt sorbet, white chocolate muffins. Literally heaven.
