Acqua Di Parma introduces new addition to their Blu Mediterraneo family – Cipresso di Toscana.
This fragrance reminds me of walking on the hills surrounded by the nature, just like landmark features that you may spot on a walk along the paths of Tuscany’s nature reserves. It inspires a feeling of regeneration and of energy, it is a reinterpretation of this classic fougère in a modern yet typically Italian key. This is definitely the fragrance I would wear everyday, to maintain that energised feeling it brings with each application. To make sure it stays with me for longer, I apply a small amount on my finger tips and rub it behind my ears. Even my husband when he kissed me before going to work asked, if it’s my new fragrance that smells so fresh!
Evoking a lively breeze, the fragrance opens with refreshing star anise and elemi, illuminated by sparkling notes of orange and petit grain. A vivaciousness that introduces an aromatic heart of sage and lavender, while woody balsamic base notes of cypress and pine evoke the silence of nature and a gratifying sense of wellbeing. The fragrance is available in the 150 ml format and also in the handy 75 ml and 30 ml versions that can be easily carried around. I love those small bottles so I can experience the beauty of the Tuscan landscapes wherever I go.
Blu like the Mediterranean, green like Tuscany
Cipresso di Toscana is enclosed inside the iconic Acqua di Parma Art Deco bottle, this time in a bright blue shade that calls to mind the shimmering clarity of the Mediterranean Sea. The name of the fragrance is printed in green, the colour of the thick foliage that characterises this symbolic tree. This delightful essence of Tuscany is presented in the unmistakable handmade hatbox made of blue embossed cardboard.
