Three Floors of Miu Miu Galore Tokyo Store Opening

This month Miu Miu opened a new flagship store in the heart of Tokyo, in the Ginza Echogoya district, one of the most exclusive destinations globally. This is the brand’s eighteenth point of sale in Japan, and the seventh in the capital. I just love the Wedgwood esq window just like a dream house would have. In line with Miu Miu’s identity and character, the Tokyo Ginza Echigoya store is more than a simple shopping experience, this location offers an exhaustive and consistent interpretation of Miu Miu’s aesthetic vision.

Designed by Architect Roberto Baciocchi, the store is an evocative and elegant environment, with impressive spaces: 530 square meters of overall surface, arranged on three levels and enclosed in a 13-metres tall crystal and backlit damask façade. The steel and crystal revolving door is particularly impressive, that affords a view of the new Miu Miu concept from the outside; in the store, ironic reference to a bank vault combines with the quintessentially feminine Miu Miu furniture, made of golden damask, brass and glass.
Oh the luxury of buying the latest pair of Miu Miu shoes in Tokyo. Defiantly a hipster shopping destination when in Tokyo.
