Last Day of the Dazed & Confused Magazine’s Charity Ebay Auction
As you know Style Cartel always supports fashion with a cause and during this Black weekend of shopping we would like to remind you that Sunday the 27th is the last day of the Dazed & Confused magazine auction their recent 20th anniversary fashion project ‘Time Capsule’ on ebay with all proceeds going to Oxfam. The auction will run through the dedicated dazed page on ebay.
Mementos include a signature purple bow tie from Lanvin’s Alber Elbaz, Christopher Kane’s psychedelic A/W11 Aqua Liquid bag, a bling Medusa cigarette lighter from Donatella Versace, an obsidian cube from Gareth Pugh, Karl Lagerfeld’s collar and tie, Kate Moss’s classic Adidas Gazelle trainers along with items from co-founders Jefferson Hack and Rankin.
“The Dazed & Confused Time Capsule was such an exciting project to work on because it revealed a treasure trove of beautiful, bizarre but always personal objects that these amazing designers and creatives associate with Dazed & Confused. We were overwhelmed by the generosity and thoughtfulness of everyone who donated items, from Karl Lagerfeld to Julie Verhoeven and many more, and we wanted to share their generosity of spirit by auctioning the items on ebay, with all profits going to Oxfam.” Karen Langley, Dazed & Confused Fashion Director.
