Shopping with Emma of East of Eden
Emma is not only Miss Revive for Vitaminwater she is a party girl with her eye on everything vintage. I guess she gets it from her mom the vintage dealer. This lady is also a intellectual DJ in east London where she runs a club night !
Yet, there’s a lot more to Emma than that – where do we begin? university lecturer – yes, vintage shop queen – yes. Afro-Cuban choir singer – yes. we could go on… Yes, she studied at the prestigious school of African and Oriental studies and is now studying for a PHD all about cultural diversity.
Emma will be soon be making her mark on the creative landscape of east london – she is planning to open a vintage clothes store, called ‘east of eden’ on balls pond road and StyleCartel will definitely be there for the opening.
That weekend Wolf-whistle, Stylecanteen, Freakdeluxe.co.uk, Mylabyrinthblog, Girlalamode. and StyleCartel got to digging for vintage. Follow us as we spend the day with Ms. Emma to source the ‘East of Eden’ shop coming soon. It is really funny this summer on StyleCartel its been all about the Vintage, but did I need another fur coat! Yes, Bert of Yorkshirepearl forced me too. Ready for my Dynasty fall look.
