I heart poncho’s.  I prefer a rain poncho to an umbrella any day.  Look at it. I can go from  a down pour straight into the office dry. Hair perfect and out fit dry, just need to pull the heels out of the bag.  Who needs an umbrella when you have a Splashmac.
