As you know here on StyleCartel Sunday is usually ladies pamper yourself day.  As of late I am still attempting to focus on Body and Soul. When   the idea popped in my head, instead of lying in late on a rainy Sunday morning get up and do something? Yesterday, I tried reggae aerobics!  Ladies you have to try this you will learn the dance called ‘parachute’ and exercise at the same time!

Today, I decided to spend some time on the treadmill then relax with a Hatha yoga class.    As I ran on the treadmill and glanced  at my self  in the mirror I thought what is the Right Body Image for me?  My goal is to be healthier before the holidays. The end result being at the end of my early Sunday morning work out the rain had stopped and the sun came out!  Tomorrow maybe Pilates!

Healthy eating is key, some of us are luckier then others, they can eat junk food and sweets and not gain a pound.  While others can not live that way and have to exercise just to eat those treats sometimes.  The only way forward is healthier living.

Run by the very friendly and professional PT Rosaria La Pietra; she will work with you and create a programme designed soley to suit your needs and your abilities.

Hypnosis will add positive suggestion to the subconscious part of the mind and eliminate old and bad habits.  It helps discover new habits to assist in achieving goals, such as weight loss, quitting smoking and gaining confidence. Claire Hodgson and her team offer a free consultation and then devise a programme to help with anything from quitting smoking to body confidence.
