Weekend Read: Liz Earle’s Skin Secrets
Beauty might only be skin deep but beautiful skin is within the grasp of anyone – with a bit of help. When I was last in London, I picked up a copy of Liz Earle’s Skin Secrets book. From teens to mature and beyond, this pretty tome is shock full of very sensible advice for women at every age.
Well-balanced and holistic, Liz’s approach to skin is backed by research and years of experience. The book gives just the right amount of science to explain the processes, while Liz’s conversational tone makes the clear sections move along flawlessly. Page after page of beautiful photographs and illustrations also make this the perfect coffee table book for any beauty addict.
I was very pleased to discover that she had also included a section for men, which makes this just about the best book on skin that I’ve read.
