How to Look Good Naked
I am still on my way to a better body and soul. Now that it’s getting colder and darker earlier running in the park is not such a good idea anymore, so I have taken the plunge and joined the gym. I have a work out plan and hope to stick to it. After a good work out I like to street myself and I have to find the alternative to chocolate.
I have to admit that working out can be very therapeutic. I prefer to work out before work in the morning it helps me make more healthy choices during t the day. I have to admit that sometimes I cannot pull myself out of bed early enough to make it to the gym, so on those days I have to go to the gym after work, luckily I have to pass the gym on the way home so there is no way to avoid it.
When I do go to the gym after work I can look forward to a little pampering time Friday’s are the best, gym, pampering and then out with friends with radiant glowing skin.
