Carbon Bar’s new mixology classes

This is the time of year when office mangers are planning the company holiday parties. Style Cartel suggests that this year let’s be inventive and not plan the same old dinner on the company. Why not treat the team to a night of learning the art of cocktail creation at Carbon Bar’s new mixology classes? Think of it as a fun way to let the team interact with each other.
Carbon Bar, The Cumberland’s trendy Shoreditch-style watering hole has teamed up with celebrity mixologist and BBC ‘Something for the Weekend’ regular Andy Pearson to train the bar team in delivering its new mixology classes. Guests can learn the history and art of cocktail creation, plus sample Andy Pearson’s signature cocktail ‘Park Lane’, available exclusively at The Cumberland. Now this is a party with punch.
Then menu is a night of glamour, were all guests receive a Bellini on arrival before being whisked up to the VIP lounge. After a brief introduction into the history of cocktail making, budding mixologists get the opportunity to create eight cocktails, four flavoured classics and four contemporary mixes including The Cumberland’s signature drink ‘Park Lane’. This has holiday party written all over it!
The classes are priced at £75 per head. Classes are available from Tuesday to Saturday and can take place during the day or evening. Minimum group size of 6, no maximum group size restrictions apply.
