Gearing Up for Summer
The girls and I decided to get together and plan our summer get a ways and spring into Fall Holiday’s. Meet at mine in my back yard, test some of these summer Tanning products, manicure and pedicure, frozen fruit drinks and get working on the pre-vacation natural tan. Oh yeah work out too!
We decided to jump rope and use the Addidas Tec fit work out band. OK jump rope 5 minutes stretch with the Tec Fit. 30 minutes later ouch, bring me an icy fruit drink! Please!
Now for some more jumping of the rope and a few downward facing dog yoga positions. We decided to test out the Rodial Skinny Beach SPF15 £39. It’s a sun protection lotion for the body. Exercising in the sun is hard, protecting your skin and exercising is exhausting just thinking about it.
